Carbon Steel IS 2062 Flanges
Carbon steel IS 2062 is an Indian grade, as it is popularly used for humid applications, which are specifically Indian. This is a grade that works well with Indian weather and temperature. Carbon steel IS 2062 Flanges can bear much pressure and oppression; hence, they are generally used commercially. These flanges are in high demand in the global steel market as they can bear extreme heat and can tremendously fight corrosion and rust.

Properties:
Extraordinary chemical composition: The chemical composition commonly consists of manganese, carbon, sulfur, phosphorus, silicon, etc. All these chemicals are added to the exact ratio to gain resistance and ductility.
Lengthening: The lengthening of these carbon steel IS 2062 flanges is usually 23% or higher. The lengthening of a steel grade speaks of the percentage of contorting of material.
Hardness: Generally, the hardness of the steel is calculated by noting its performance and reaction to heat treatment. Similarly, a steel grade like Carbon steel IS 2062 does not require hardness.
